Shipping + Handling


Orders received by 1pm will be shipped within 48 hours on regular business days.

Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by address or payment verification. 

Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. BaoLyfe is unable to reroute packages. 

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. 

Tracking Your Order
Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. This message will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.


All items will be shipped via standard shipping with Canada Post with a tracking number.

If you would like your item faster, please send us an email and we can send you a shipping estimate for faster shipping.



If client is shipping to a destination outside Canada,  on top of BaoLyfe’s shipping cost, tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the client’s local government.  All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the client. 

Items will be shipped from Toronto, On Canada, with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Canadian dollars.
