TERMS & CONDITIONS

-By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to all terms & conditions on this page.

-Unless otherwise specified, all amounts shown on http://baolyfe.com are in Canadian Dollars

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

The item you receive will be like the one photographed but it will not be the exact item photographed. All items are natural and handcrafted, like a finger print, many items are similar but will have slight variations in items and their finishes, creating a one of a kind product. 

Please note that we have tried to depict product colours accurately. Colours on the screen may vary depending on your monitor and may not be accurate.

 

SHIPPING & TAXES

We ship within Canada, as well as internationally. If shipping outside of Canada, or if you wish to expedite your shipping, please contact us for a quote.

Applicable sales tax will be added during checkout to all Canadian purchases based on the province the item is being shipped to.

International orders may be required to pay duty or taxes upon receipt of your purchase. BaoLyfe will not refund or reimburse these fees; the responsibility of these charges lie with the purchaser.

 

RETURNS

Items should be in brand new condition, with all packaging and tags in perfect condition.

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. For packages over $75, we recommend insuring your return package. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. 

 

REPAIRS

We take pride in our workmanship and workwomanship and we strive to create items that last. If concerns arise in terms of workmanship quality please send a photograph with your concerns and we will address it from there. This applies to product materials and construction under responsible use. We would prefer to repair the item than for it to be unworn or in a landfill.

A cost estimate (if the repair is extensive) will then be provided to you after we inspect your item and before we begin any repairs.

Keep in mind that items will age with use and this is the beauty of a quality item. We do not cover shipping charges or customs or taxes charged, either way. 

Or to save on shipping, provide your local cobbler with some business. They are very knowledgeable and helpful when coming to leather repairs.

 

PRIVACY

We firmly believe in the right to privacy and do not collect, sell or distribute any of your personal information. We do not store your credit card details on our server.
